About the role

Make Dropbox’s growth measurable, explainable, and repeatable.

  • Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing & Engineering to shape monetization, lifecycle and experimentation strategy with trusted analytics.
  • Build reliable data models & pipelines (e.g., Snowflake/Databricks) and ship exec‑ready dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
  • Use advanced SQL and strong dimensional modeling to turn telemetry into clear business narratives.
  • Champion data quality, governance & privacy; raise the bar on documentation and self‑serve analytics.
 
What you’ll need
  • 8–10+ years across analytics/BI/data engineering with clear business impact.
  • Expert SQL; depth with Looker/Tableau/Power BI and modern warehousing.
  • Strong data modeling; bonus for A/B testing & predictive modeling.
 
Compensation (US)
Zone 1 $219,300–$296,700
Zone 2 $197,400–$267,000
Zone 3 $175,400–$237,400
