About the role
Own Yieldmo’s planning engine: budget, forecast, headcount and KPI storytelling that guides executive decisions.
- Report directly to the CFO; lead annual budgeting & planning, company forecast and headcount models.
- Create board & investor materials; support equity raises and other strategic transactions.
- Diagnose performance vs. plan; recommend actions and model pricing & client proposals.
- Design scalable processes that automate reporting and improve decision velocity across teams.
What you’ll need
- 5–10 years in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years in financial planning for growth‑stage businesses.
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related; MBA a plus.
- Advanced modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL (plus Python/VBA) is a plus.
- Comfort presenting to executives; team‑oriented with strong ownership and attention to detail.
Compensation (US)
Base range $180,000–$220,000
