Arch — Head of People
Own Arch’s end‑to‑end People strategy as the company scales — from talent acquisition and employer brand to performance, total rewards, compliance and culture.
- Set the People vision and roadmap aligned to business goals; be a strategic advisor to the leadership team and board.
- Build scalable programs across recruiting, onboarding, performance, L&D, and engagement; champion values and high‑bar hiring.
- Own People Operations: HRIS, payroll, benefits, immigration, policies, and multi‑state compliance.
- Design and iterate on compensation & total rewards philosophy; drive pay transparency and level frameworks.
- Develop People analytics and reporting to inform org design, headcount planning, and business decisions.
- ~10+ years progressive HR/People leadership, including building 0→1 foundations and scaling programs.
- Depth in recruiting, performance management, ER/compliance, compensation design, and multi‑state employment law.
- Data‑driven operator with excellent communication and executive partnership skills; high integrity, low‑ego leadership.
- Fintech/financial services and high‑growth startup experience preferred.
