Own the growth journey end‑to‑end — discovery → activation → adoption → monetization — and make it easier and faster for developers to find value and scale on Alchemy’s platform.

• Map the developer journey, quantify friction, and prioritize the highest‑impact bets across onboarding, pricing, and paid conversion.
• Ship rapid experiments in the dashboard & docs with design/engineering to lift activation and conversion.
• Partner with DevRel & Marketing to improve guides, tutorials, campaigns, and in‑product messaging.
• Own growth metrics, build dashboards, and surface insights that steer company priorities.
• Champion a culture of experimentation — share learnings and level up growth practices across the org.

• 4+ years in Product Management; track record of shipping measurable growth wins.
• Experience with developer products/marketplaces; translate dev needs into clear experiments & requirements.
• Excellent cross‑functional execution with engineering, design, marketing, and DevRel.
• Curiosity for technology & blockchains; bias to action in fast‑paced environments.
