Teachable — Sales Development Representative (L4)

About the role

Drive pipeline and revenue for Teachable by engaging creators and businesses, qualifying opportunities, and partnering with Sales & Marketing to refine messaging and outreach.

  • High‑volume outbound across email, phone, and social; book discovery meetings and hand off qualified leads.
  • Craft and iterate talk tracks; perform market research to identify ICP segments and value props.
  • Operational rigor in CRM (HubSpot preferred): clean data hygiene, accurate pipeline notes, and activity tracking.
  • Leverage call‑transcription and enablement tools; curiosity for AI/LLM tooling to boost productivity.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing & Sales on campaigns, messaging, and feedback loops.
 
What you’ll need
  • ~2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar quota‑carrying role with consistent attainment.
  • Strong written & verbal communication; ability to research accounts and tailor outreach.
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot), call‑recording/transcription, and sales engagement tools.
  • Comfort with fast‑paced iteration; interest in using AI to accelerate workflows.
 
Compensation (US)
Base range $74,659–$89,587
On‑Target Earnings $106,000–$185,000
Location New York, NY · In‑office (hybrid/remote considered)
