About the role
Lead internal communications for a global firm of ~21,000 employees — crafting campaigns, narratives and change communications that strengthen culture and drive business outcomes.
- Design and execute global internal campaigns that engage employees in BlackRock’s strategy and One BlackRock culture.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR and cross‑functional teams to advise on best‑in‑class communication strategies during dynamic, transformative times.
- Leverage modern tools — intranets, signage, multimedia, Microsoft platforms and GenAI — to deliver compelling, measurable communications.
- Measure and iterate on strategy through data and insights; lead with creativity, clarity and operational excellence.
What you’ll need
- 10+ years across internal/corporate communications, employee engagement and/or employer brand; financial services exposure preferred.
- Experience advising senior executives and navigating complex global organizations; strong program management and execution.
- Fluency with modern comms tooling and practices (design thinking, digital platforms, GenAI, social) and people‑management experience.
Compensation (NYC)
Base range $194,000–$270,000
