Is this a course or a coaching community?
It is a hybrid coaching community. You get the structured 10-step system and on-demand training, but you also get live coaching, review sessions, Q&A, direct support, tools, templates, job board access and community support inside Skool.
How many live sessions are included?
Standard includes 15+ live coaching, Q&A and review sessions each week. Sessions are scheduled across 8am to 8pm ET, so members have multiple opportunities to get support throughout the week.
Do I need to attend every live session?
No. You do not need to attend every session. The live support is there so you can join the sessions most relevant to your current blockers, whether that is resume feedback, LinkedIn, market alignment, applications, networking, interviews or offer strategy.
If I cannot attend live sessions, how can I get support?
You can contact coaches inside the Accelerator through direct message, 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Responses may be sent in written form or as video responses, depending on what is most useful for explaining how to overcome a specific problem or execute a specific task.
Are sessions recorded?
Selected workshops and coaching sessions are recorded. The on-demand training library is also available inside the community, so you can revisit key lessons and work through the system at your own pace.
Can this help if I need interviews quickly?
Yes.
