2.2 Service Delivery

All services are provided remotely via video call, phone, or email. Physical meetings are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

2.3 Professional Relationship

Our services are professional consulting services. We are not:

Employment agencies (we don't guarantee job placement)
Therapists or counselors
Legal advisors regarding employment law

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 How to Book

Services are booked through our Calendly system or by direct arrangement. Payment is required at the time of booking.

3.2 Rescheduling Policy

You must request changes to your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be accommodated
Changes are subject to availability
Repeated rescheduling may result in service termination

3.3 No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without proper notice:

The session is forfeited
No refund or rescheduling is available
You must purchase a new session

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at booking

Prices are clearly displayed at booking

5. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

Digital products and downloads
Course materials and programs
Any other paid services

Digital products are delivered instantly
Professional time cannot be "returned" once allocated

Being punctual for appointments

No refund of fees paid
